Calculation
Shipping costs are automatic calculated when checking out. Starting Januari 1th 2020 all items, except instructions and/or stickers, can no longer be shipped as letterpost. In some rare instances the actual shipping cost can differ from the calculated costs. If the actual costs are more then 1 Euro less then calculated, I will contact you. In cases the actual shipping costs are more then calculated, it is at my risk.
Insurance
All Track&Trace parcels are insured up to EUR 100. If you want additional insurance or insurance for Letter shipment, please let me know when checking out. Since insurance is relatively expensive for letter post, it could be considered when purchasing items that have to be sent by parcel post anyway. But insurance is always possible (except for Parcel shipment) and I can't take responsibility for lost goods if not insured. Of course I will see what I can do, when uninsured items are lost.
